64bit Photoshop CS4, CS5, CS6 or CC on Windows

Make sure you install these in the plug-ins folder of your 64bit Photoshop.

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4 (64 Bit)\Plug-ins

Substitute CS4 with your appropriate version of Photoshop.
